Ingredients
- 2 lbs CVP Ground Beef
- 1 package of red enchilada sauce
- 1 package of small corn tortillas
- 3 cups of raw white cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Brown CVP Ground Beef in skillet
- Add 1/2 enchilada sauce
- Add beef and more sauce
- Add more tortillas
- Finish with sauce and shredded cheese
- Put the lid on and bring to medium heat. Cool down, crack lid, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
