Ingredients

2 TBS beef tallow or olive oil

2 lbs CVP stew meat (thawed)

1 onion (diced)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

4 carrots (coined)

4 sticks celery (chopped)

2 large potatoes (cubed)

4 TBS Worcestershire sauce

4 TBS ketchup
-
4 cups CVP beef bone broth

Sea salt
Preparation

Add the following to the instant pot and saute: beef tallow, Stew meat, onion, and garlic. 3-5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients to the instant pot, stir well.

Put on lid and set to “manual” for 15 minutes.
