Ingredients

2 lbs CVP Cube Steak - diced

4 cups CVP Beef Bone Broth

1 cup of Sour Cream or yogurt

1 package of Pasta

1 chopped onion

2 TBS CVP Beef Tallow

2 Cloves Minced Garlic
Preparation

In a pot, sauté onions and garlic in CVP Beef Tallow.

Add in diced CVP Cube Steak, cook until brown.

Add in CVP Beef Bone Broth, and noodles. Bring to boil, then lower to simmer until noodle are al dente.

Add in sour cream or yogurt.

Add salt & pepper to taste.
