Ingredients

2 lbs CVP Grass-Finished Ground Beef

1/2 cup Fresh Milled Flour

2 cups Raw Cheddar Cheese

4 TBS Bubbie’s Dill Relish

2 TBS Dijon Mustard

2 TBS Ketchup

2 Eggs
-
2 tsp Redmond’s Real Salt

1 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Black Pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a bowl combine, flour and spices.

Add beef, eggs, cheese, and relish.

Use your hands to mix all of the ingredients together until combined.

After mixing, form balls using about 2 to 3 TBS of beef mixture for each ball.

Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until meat is dark brown.
