Heart Patties
Use: Ground Beef
This is a very quick, very simple way to make an ordinary meal feel special, especially for gal-entines or if you're cooking for the whole family.
How to Make It:
In a bowl, mix one pound ground beef with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and one egg if you wish. Using your hands, form 4 even balls of mixture and press together well. Flatten one at a time in your hands and press the top in, to create a heart shape. Heat skillet over medium heat and melt a few tablespoons of butter. Cook patties on both sides until cooked to your desired tenderness.
Serve with tallow fried fries, or your favorite side dish.
Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Use: Brisket Patties
Bring Texas barbeque right to your table with this family favorite.
How to Make It:
Season patties with garlic powder and salt. Using a pellet grill or smoker, cook patties on low (200-250 degrees) just until brown on the outside. Transfer patties to a skillet and continue cooking like you would ground beef, by breaking apart the patties and cooking until done.
While the patties are cooking, add white potatoes to the Instant Pot with about one inch of water in the bottom. Cook on "manual" for 6 minutes (8 if they're really big).
Once meat and potatoes are cooked, cut open a potato, smash it with a fork, and top with generous amounts of butter on top. Next, pile on the cooked brisket meat. Finally, top with raw cheese, sour cream, chives, and any other toppings you desire.
Enjoy!
German Sausage Skillet with Mustard Cream Sauce

Use: Beef German Sausage
A cozy one-pan dinner that feels special without extra effort.
How to Make It:
Brown sliced sausage in a skillet. Remove, then sauté onions. Deglaze with broth and add cream and mustard. Return sausage and simmer until thick and rich.

Serve with potatoes or crusty bread.
TIP: If you're not feeling ambitious and want a simple supper, throw those sausages on the grill or in the toaster oven and make sausage wraps! Serve with sauerkraut and know that everyone is fed well and the kitchen will almost clean itself because it was so easy.
Pizza Meatballs

Use: Ground Beef
A family favorite with pizza-night vibes.
How to Make It:
Mix ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs, 1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese, salt & pepper. Roll into meatballs and bake.
Serve over pasta, in subs, or with toothpicks for a fun appetizer.
Classic Sloppy Joes

Use: Ground Beef
Quick, comforting, and perfect for cold nights.
How to Make It:
Brown ground beef with onion and diced bell peppers. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a splash of broth. Simmer until thick.
Serve on buns with pickles or coleslaw or over the top of cooked sweet potatoes.
Breakfast Burritos
Great for meal prep or slow weekend mornings.
How to Make It:
Brown sausage, add diced potatoes or raw hash browns and cook until tender. Scramble eggs and season with salt, garlic, and pepper. Combine with sausage and potatoes and stir well until eggs are all cooked. Roll into tortillas and store in refrigerator or freezer.
TIP: Reheat in the air fryer for a crispy burrito that takes breakfast to another level.
Instant Pot Beef Stew
Use: Stew Meat
Warm, hearty, and perfect for winter evenings.
How to Make It:
Brown stew meat using sauté mode. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, broth, and herbs. Pressure cook for 35 minutes and let naturally release. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and top with a drizzle of heavy cream. Serve with your favorite side salad, bread, or crackers.
Comfort food made easy.
Tallow Stick
A nourishing bonus for February’s dry weather.
How to Use:
-
Chapped lips – apply like Chapstick directly to your lips and cheeks
-
Dry hands & cuticles – rub in before bed
