How to Cook

How to Make It
Cut cutlets into long strips and pat dry. In a bowl, beat 3 or 4 eggs and season with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dip beef strips in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then back in the flour mixture. Fry in a skillet or fryer with beef tallow until batter is crispy.
