Snack Packs: Easy On-the-Go Fuel

Use: Summer Sausage & Cheese Snack Packs
These are ready when you are—perfect for road trips, park days, or quick lunches. (Store in the refrigerator.)
Easy Ways to Enjoy:
- Mini Charcuterie Plates: Add crackers, fruit, and nuts
- Lunchbox Upgrade: Pair with apple slices and sourdough
- Quick Appetizer Board: Slice and serve with mustard or honey
No prep, just real food that keeps you going.
Classic Grill Night
Use: T-Bone Steaks
Perfect for a simple, satisfying dinner outside.
How to Grill:
Season with salt and garlic powder. Cook on pellet grill until you reach your desired temperature (We recommend 135-140 degrees for that perfect medium to medium rare steak). Let rest before slicing. **Tip: Top with some butter while resting for an even more flavorful experience.
Serve With:
- The BEST salad I've ever had
- Grilled corn
- Fresh vegetables from the garden
- Roasted potatoes
Keep it simple and let the steak shine.
Cheesy Steak Pinwheels

Use: Skirt/Flank Steak
A fun, slightly elevated dinner that still feels easy and approachable.
How to Make:
Lay the steak flat and season well. Layer with cooked bacon, shredded cheese, and optional spinach or herbs. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes (whole not cut into individual pinwheels yet) or skewer individual pinwheels and grill for 3-5 minutes per side (or until cooked to your desired doneness).
Pair with:
- Rice
- Mashed Potatoes
- Salad
Perfect for:
- weeknight dinners that feel special
- serving guests
- switching up your usual steak routine
Beef Broth Instant Pot Rice

Use: Beef Bone Broth
A simple swap that adds so much flavor and nutrients.
How to Make:
Rinse 2 cups of organic rice and add to your Instant Pot with 4 cups beef broth (entire CVP container). Cook on high pressure for 4-5 minutes. Turn off heat and let natural release for 10 minutes.
Fluffy, flavorful rice, with added protein that pairs with almost any meal in your box.
Sausage Balls

Use: Beef/Pork Breakfast Sausage
Perfect for quick breakfasts, snacks, or even appetizers.
How to Make:
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup hard white wheat flour (or your usual baking flour)
- 1/2 cup butter (frozen and grated)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. I find it best to use my hands really incorporate the flour and butter into the sausage. Once mixed, roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: Make extra and freeze these for quick snacks and breakfasts on busy days.
Ground Beef: Two Easy Ways

Use: Ground Beef
Smash Burgers
Form into loose balls, smash in a hot skillet, and cook over sliced unions until crispy. Add cheese and serve on buns.
Taco Bowls
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning and serve over rice (see broth rice recipe above) with toppings like avocado, salsa, and cheese.
Korean Beef Bowl

Use: Primal Blend
Pack the extra punch of nutrients, protein, and minerals with the Primal Blend.
How to Make:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground primal until browned. Add onions, minced garlic, and fresh ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the coconut aminos, brown sugar, sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Lower heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve over rice (the bone broth rice pairs excellent!). Top with sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Lavender Tallow Stick: A little Extra Care
A simple, nourishing addition for your daily routine.
Use For:
- dry hands
- chapped lips
- bug bites
- sun-exposed skin
Lightly scented with lavender for extra benefits and aroma.
