We're so excited to have you join us for Dinner at the Ranch on Saturday, October 25th! Below are a few details to help you prepare for the evening. 

Please Note: As much as we love seeing your little ones on the ranch, this will be an adults-only event. 

Location:
There isn't an exact street address, so the pin below will take you to the gate where you'll turn in. This is north of Post on State Highway 207. We’ll also have signs posted to guide you:

Event Start Time:
The evening begins at 5 PM. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time in case you need help finding us. If you get lost or need assistance, please call Jessica at (806) 778-8489‬.

What to Wear:
The forecast looks beautiful—sunny and in the 70s! Since the dinner will be held outdoors, we suggest dressing in layers or bringing a jacket for when the sun begins to set. Closed-toe shoes or boots are best, as you’ll be walking through some of the pasture. Seating will be low to the ground on rugs and pillows, so plan your outfit with comfort in mind. 

What to Drive:

The road is suitable for all vehicles, but you will need to drive slowly. There will be designated parking areas near our dinner location. DO NOT attempt to cross the river in any vehicle. 

Plan Accordingly:

We will not have restrooms at this location. Please stop in Slaton or Post on your way in for a quick pit stop if needed.

Safety & Liability:

We are thrilled you are joining us and want you to have the best time. We do ask that you keep in mind that this is a working ranch and risks may be associated. Please be aware of your surroundings, watch where you are stepping, and stay on the designated paths during the event. By entering the property, you are agreeing that the landowners and business owners are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may take place.
