At Canyon Valley Provisions what we stand for is making beef available to the public when the beef has matured from forage at it’s peak nutrition. The first 2021 beef harvest is scheduled for June/July and is for sale now.

Please note that supplies are limited and dates are filled on a first come first served basis.

Customers are responsible for pick up in WOLFORTH or TUSCOLA, TEXAS and will be notified of an exact date when it is available.

*These packages are referring to a quarter beef. When purchasing a half or whole, you will receive the same cuts, just two or four times as many (i.e. a half yields +/- 90 pounds of ground in the Rangeland package)
