Storage: You will need 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space for a quarter beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 4-6 cubic feet.  We recommend getting a deep freezer that does not automatically defrost, as this feature can shorten the overall shelf-life of the beef.
