Use: NY Strip Steaks

This meal feels indulgent but fits beautifully into a protein-forward January. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet until golden and cooked to your liking. Roast potatoes until crispy. Whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, and a splash of broth or cream for a bright sauce.

Beef Roast Protein Bowls

Use: Beef Roast

Perfect for meal prep and easy lunches all week.

How to Make It:
Season roast with salt, pepper, and garlic, add 1 cup of broth or water. Cook for 90 minutes in the instant pot. Let slow release then take the roast out and shred it. 

Build Your Bowl:

  • Shredded roast beef

  • Rice or roasted sweet potatoes

  • Leafy greens or roasted veggies

  • Olive oil or avocado

Simple, filling, and goal-supportive.

Beef Stroganoff (Comfort That Still Works in January)

Use: Beef Stew

How to Make It:
