By Ordering you understand that if you do not pay in full by the chosen pick up month you will not be able to receive your order and there will be no refunds or credits for any payments or deposits made. By placing your order you understand that you are responsible for picking up your order. As the date approaches we will email more information about pickup dates, locations, and time. Failure to pick up your order at pick up time will result in loss of product which will not be eligible for a refund.

You get the very best cuts that each animal has to offer. Our beef is inspected, and all cuts are individually labeled and to your liking.

To reserve your whole beef you will place a $2000 deposit and pay the remaining balance when your beef is harvested (FALL 2025). At that time, you can expect your beef to be ready for pick up in about 3-4 weeks. We will email you your pick up dates and instructions. 

You will receive approximately 320+ pounds of beef in your share.

You have a Choice of 3 Package Options:

Each package has the SAME amount of beef. The only difference is how it is cut and packaged, so pick the one best for you.

RANGELAND PACKAGE:

Roasts | Arm Roast, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast

Steaks | Ribeye, T-bone, Sirloin, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak

Other | Ribs, Brisket, Stew Meat

Ground Beef | Regular or Primal Blend

NORTH FORK INCLUDES:

Roasts | Arm Roast, Chuck Roast

Steaks | Ribeye, T-bone, Sirloin

Ground Beef | Regular or Primal Blend

CUSTOM CUTS + $25

This includes complete customization of the cuts you will receive of your bulk beef.

Please note: If you do select any premium cuts such as patties, primal blend, and other specialty items, they will result in an additional charge on top of the custom cut personalization which will be invoiced to you separately.

How do I pay? You will pay the deposit online, then when your beef is ready, we will invoice you for the remaining balance. We will let you know 2 weeks before your beef is ready. 

When do I get my beef?  Select the best drop down option for you and we will provide more exact details soon.
